Bala has worked in the software sector for over 22+ years. Bala is working in the software industry in a variety of capacities, including executive management, research and development, quality assurance, project management, and system analysis and design. By establishing new solutions and assembling a high-performing team, he has successfully scaled various client relationships across large multi-national corporations.

Bala is responsible for the delivery of projects, resource management, technical reviews, and customer relations. Prior to joining Sails, he worked for IBM, Accenture & Virtusa in different roles.
